Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
- Take food and drink orders and relay to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Process payments using the Aloha POS system
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with sanitizing surfaces
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers
Skills
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of food safety practices in a restaurant setting
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Strong sales skills to promote menu items and increase revenue
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or reservation systems is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
