John Sisson Motors of Washington, PA is currently looking for an experienced Service Appointment Scheduler.
As a Service Appointment Scheduler, you will answer incoming phone calls and Internet leads from our customers. You will also be scheduling service appointments and follow ups ensuring customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage incoming requests and concerns from customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Scheduling appointments as well as present them with the best solution to their needs.
- Work with Service Advisors to ensure all customers are scheduled efficiently and timely.
- Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate service visits. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
