What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Construction Office Administrative Position position at John Starz Electric, Inc.?
We are looking for someone With a Proven Track Record, one that possesses a strong ability to communicate, multi-task & work in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment. You will spend much of your time answering in-bound service request calls, creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and accurately pulling required permits through government agencies. Clear and concise communications with the field manager, technicians, and customers is needed. Must have amazing follow up and organizational skills to help keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly. Shall be a "Team Player" and follow directives, be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to the changing duties associated with this position to include typical construction office duties.
This position requires a motivated individual with a willingness to learn our system. It is expected that you will screen and route incoming calls, greet walk-in visitors in a professional manner, and provide clerical support as assigned. This position requires strong organizational skills, PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Your responsibilities would be as follows:
- Answer phone in a manner which exemplifies professionalism and friendliness.
- Route phone calls and/or visitors to the appropriate person or department in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all written messages are clear and passed on promptly.
- Perform general duties such as keyboarding, filing, making copies,
- Perform data entry consisting of updating computer records including customer maintenance and other records as assigned.
- Assist with marketing events as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
