JSF is seeking a talented client service specialist. This is a fast-paced environment so the right candidate thrives in a structured team environment but recognizes when flexibility is needed and can adjust. This is an ideal position for someone who is a fast learner, organized, and detail oriented.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- ·Cross-train in multiple departments including, operations and marketing
- Work independently to manage, research and resolve client service requests
- Will be assisting with our marketing team to create videos and manage our email campaigns. Marketing experience is a plus!
- Experience with Redtail CRM, eMoney, Calendly preferred
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion
- Scheduling appointments for leads and clients
- Research and resolve client requests: account maintenance, new account paperwork, transfers, distributions, onboarding, etc.
- Other duties as assigned to facilitate overall firm and office operations
Requirements:
- College degree
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and business phone and email etiquette
- High degree of accuracy and attention-to-detail
- Minimum of three years experience in office or customer service environment. Financial industry experience preferred, but open to training the right individual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Redtail CRM & eMoney is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team setting
- Strong aptitude for learning cloud based technology applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Empathy, caring and respect for others with the willingness to serve
- Must be energetic, think creatively and have impeccable business ethics and standards
- Ability to pass background check prior to employment. Fingerprinting required by industry regulations.

- This position works in a professional office environment in John Wayne Airport area.
- Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm, in office.
