As a Wholesale Sales Team Member, you will work to market and sell some of the most interesting, exciting, and fun specialty produce to retailers, foodservice distributors, and food manufacturers in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. About the Job

What does a Wholesale Sales Team Member do? Your primary focus will be coordinating with buyers and sales team staff to ensure products are sold. This person will collaborate with Logistics, Sales, Marketing, and Inventory staff to ensure they have the most up-to-date market knowledge to support sales. The Wholesale Sales Team Member will help coordinate items to display in the store to facilitate improved sales and easier order picking for key products.

The Wholesale Sales Team Member will also serve as a member of the inventory team to count and ensure accurate inventory of all products.

• Customer Service: Great customer service is what we do here at JVI. We treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
• Paperwork: You’ll generate shipping documents, bills of lading, price confirmations, and other information for customers' orders from multiple sources.
• Safety First: We are a SAFETY FIRST culture here at JVI – full stop. We have policies in place to ensure this is a safe, healthy environment for you and all our team members.
• Intensity: Things can move quickly at JVI. Orders come and inventory goes out throughout the day, and staying on top of it will keep you busy.
• Collaboration: You’ll work closely with our logistics, marketing, and inventory teams to ensure customers know what’s in stock when ordering from JVI.
