Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations and fleet management to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials, tools, and equipment to job sites. This role calls for a process-driven leader with the ability to implement and refine warehouse procedures and fleet operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What We Ask of You:

• Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory management and material distribution, to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and standardize processes, procedures, and documentation to enhance operational consistency.
• Manage fleet operations for over 20 vehicles, focusing on maintenance, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop delivery schedules and coordinate logistics to provide timely support to job sites.
• Supervise a team of three direct reports (Driver, Tool Associate, Warehouse Coordinator) and promote team effectiveness.
• Oversee tool management, encompassing procurement, tracking, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance, and continuous improvement in all warehouse, fleet, and tool operations.
• Collaborate with shop foremen, project teams, and regional warehouses to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.

Experience & Competencies:

• 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, and fleet operations, ideally within the mechanical or construction sectors.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams and enhancing operational processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) and experience with inventory management systems, particularly Milwaukee ONE-KEY (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing fleet operations for 20 vehicles, focusing on maintenance and compliance.
• Capable of developing and implementing warehouse procedures, delivery schedules, and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a process-driven approach.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with field teams, project managers, and regional warehouses.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to represent the company in the most professional and positive manner.
