About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring a seamless experience from proposal to project execution. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet industry standards and customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop new client relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Follow up on proposals, providing necessary information and support to close deals.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
- Schedule and conduct post-bid scope reviews to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements:
- Customer Service & Relationship Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Travel Expectations: While this role is based in Nashville, occasional travel may be required for client meetings, site visits, project engagements, and industry events.
- Industry Knowledge & Expertise: Working knowledge of the construction industry (experience with exterior envelope systems is a plus).
