Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales
Counselor with a passion for working with seniors and a friendly personality.
This position requires exceptional sales and marketing skills to make a
positive difference in the lives of seniors, their families, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating
new leads (90% inside sales/10% outside sales)
Providing
a superior community tour experience for prospects
Building
genuine relationships with prospective residents
Answering
sales calls and following up with all prospective residents and family members
as promptly as possible and taking detailed notes
Setting
up and marketing high quality events at the property
Participating
in community outreach opportunities
Facilitating
the move-in process and making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible
Requirements:
Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for seniors
An associate
or bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or other related business field preferred.
Senior
living sales and marketing experience greatly preferred
Organized
and detailed-oriented
Enthusiastic
personality and exhibiting genuine compassion with a desire to help others
Candidates
familiar with the area of Macon, GA greatly preferred
