Wood Group is looking for an Administrator to support our Right of Way project in Abilene, TX. day in-office.
Key Responsibilities:
- record and file maintenance, data entry and telephone reception.
- Requires an understanding of the content of the manager’s job and method of operation as well as knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.

- Organizes and maintains files of manager’s correspondence, records etc. and follows up pending
matters. - Acts as receptionist for the manager, screening correspondence and telephone calls.
- Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings.
- Prints, organizes and prepares information for meetings.
- Arranging travel/accommodation/car hire.
- Prepares routine letters and memoranda for manager’s review.
- Organizes and expedites flow of work through office and initiates follow up action.
- Support in collecting information and data for reporting.
- Populates templates and creates documents.
- General office housekeeping activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative role
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Competent in Microsoft Office and wider IT software
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritize
- Proficiency in Adobe strongly desired
