Role Responsibilities :
- Compile, sort, organize and file Behavior Observation Surveys (BOS’s). Note and communicate trends.
- BOS spreadsheet log—send out weekly/monthly
- Toolbox talks spreadsheet log—send this out weekly/monthly.
- Orientations file log
- Maintain original copies of forms at magazine rack; SEIF, BOSs (Spanish), JSAs, Equipment inspections, Barricade signs, specialty permits, line break, crane lifts etc. All forms.
- Compile, sort and file JSAs and other safety related forms each day
- Provide safety training as required.
- Provide safety orientation to subcontractors as required.
- Perform safety and housekeeping audits as necessary.
- Clean out safety supply closet; maintain stock of safety supplies.
- Manage safety recognition system for subcontractors.
- Track training & certifications for all subcontractors including:
- Rigging
- Lift Truck operation
- JLG/Scissor lift operation
- Welding
- Class 2 Unrestricted license holder (electrical work)
- Spotter training
- Scaffolding competent person
- Notes for weekly contractor meeting
- Own and manage the 2-Week look ahead schedule; perform daily audit vs. white boards.
- Maintain available copies of required permits for contractors.
- Revive and maintain the Yodeck monitors for communication.
- Interface with security for contractors; provide resource lists & obtain temporary badges as necessary.
- Provide other Safety or Construction Management related support as required.
