- Works with Procurement to develop a method to contract an outside organization to provide logistical support for materials which includes Receiving, Warehousing, Tracking, Loading out material on support vessels and Offloading at the operations site
- Works with Project team and Procurement to ensure project stays on schedule and meets required reviews
- Works closely with other internal and external team members to maximize logistical support sharing opportunities
- Works with Aviation and Procurement to optimize both helicopter and fixed wing transportation
- Ensures all logistical support activities follow proper company process and control
- Provides expertise for remote, onshore and offshore logistics including marine support commissioning, material transfer and start up procedures
- Participates in emergency preparedness doctrine, training and drills
- 3 years of experience and available to work night shift
- Identifies problems and develops potential solutions
- Makes decisions within well-defined parameters
- Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
