This position is based in the field office on a 14x14 rotation working nights in a control room setting and will be responsible for monitoring wells and facilities across the asset during night shifts. This role involves communicating with on-call operators, generating reports based on alarms and production downtime, and ensuring the smooth operation of the asset.

- Monitor wells and facilities across the asset to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Communicate with on-call operators to address any issues or anomalies detected during monitoring.
- Generate detailed reports based on alarms, production downtime, and other relevant data.
- Respond to alarms and take appropriate actions to mitigate any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents during the shift.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless handover between shifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting software.
- Willingness to work night shifts and be on call as needed.
