Job Description
We are looking for a mature, assertive Montessori elementary assistant to accompany our Lead Elementary Guide during the 2025-2026 academic year working with children ages 6-12 years old in the areas of faith, academics, virtue, and play. Hours each week: 8:00 AM -4:00 PM, Tuesday-Friday, September - May, with prep hours in August and late May. Experience in a Montessori environment preferred, hourly rate commensurate with experience.Located on 23 acres with woods, barns, open fields, and a pond in a small mountain town, the Center immerses our children in beauty inside and outside the classrooms. Passionate and devoted adults lead our Center, and we are blessed with open-hearted families who spend time together both at John XXIII and in the wider community.
