Duties
- Assess and evaluate damage to properties due to water, fire, or other disasters.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes to restore affected areas.
- Conduct fire damage restoration including smoke removal and structural repairs.
- Execute asbestos abatement procedures in compliance with safety regulations.
- Clean and restore carpets and other surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
