JOHN LEONARD is seeking a full-time Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Boston. In this role, you will receive a competitive salary range of $70K-$90K and a comprehensive benefits package.
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal , you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. You can also expect to :
- Prepare, review, and organize legal documents such as deeds, purchase and sale agreements, loan and closing documents
- Coordinate and manage closings and assist with post-closing tasks
- Perform due diligence
- Conduct legal research
The successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate and at least 3 years of paralegal experience with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Additional qualifications include :
