Cyber Security Program Lead #31944

JOHNLEONARD is seeking a full-time Cyber Security Program Lead located in Boston, Washington, DC, or Dayton, OH. This hybrid role comes with a competitive salary range of $127K-$171K and many attractive benefits.

In this Cyber Security Program Lead role, you will supervise the Cyber Security Compliance Analyst position and lead cyber security compliance initiatives firmwide, including client and internal audits. To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some areas you can expect to work in:

• Support firm’s ISO 27001 security effort, ensuring key requirements are met and improvements are made
• Coordinate with the Director-Information Security to approve risk decisions and exceptions to firm policy
• Oversee completion of client cyber security audits and conduct reviews of security-related client Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)
• Provide coaching and guidance to other security team members and others in regard to firm compliance programs and audits

To apply for this Cyber Security Program Lead position, 5 years of experience supporting information security in a complex environment plus supervisory experience within a cyber security organization is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science or a Security Certification is highly preferred. You will also need:

• Ability to install and support computer platforms and applications including selection, design and support of cyber security tools
• Strong experience in cyber security frameworks (NIST; ISO 27001; etc.)
• Knowledge of security issues and techniques across existing computer platforms
• Proficiency in networking, database and system operations
• Keen analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
