The Johnny Cash Museum features the world's largest most comprehensive collection of Johnny Cash artifacts and memorabilia. Founded by celebrated entrepreneur and real estate investor Bill Miller, Icon Entertainment & Hospitality is a real estate development and hospitality company that owns and operates some of the most popular establishments in Nashville – including the Johnny Cash Museum, Sinatra Bar & Lounge, Patsy Cline Museum, Nudie's Honky Tonk, House of Cards, Johnny Cash's Bar & BBQ, Schulman's, and Skull's Rainbow Room – as well as the Southern Turf Lofts and Music City Threads merchandise line. Job duties include but not limited to:
• Greet customers and assist them in the selection and purchase of items.
• Sell specific products and services to consumers.
• Make recommendations to customers for purchase based on their interest or buying opportunity
• Demonstrate product knowledge and address consumer questions about inventory.
• Check inventory to ensure the product is in stock.
• Bag and package purchases.
• Remove security devices (if applicable), fold clothes, and place neatly in a bag.
• Process orders using the store POS system.
• Collect methods of payment and dispense change.
• Represent and promote the organization's goals with products and services as required.
• Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve problematic situations.
• Effectively manage money draw.
• Set up display cases. and adjust displays as needed.
• Stock shelves.
• Ensure pricing is correct.
• Distribute coupons and verify that coupons are not expired.
• Restock clothes that have been tried on and fold neatly.
• Make the customer feel welcomed and valued
