Position Summary
As a Supervisor at Johnny Clean Car Wash, you play a pivotal role in the success of our operations and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee and handle customer requests, maintain the flow of operations, and lead by example. Your primary responsibilities include training new employees in sales and car loading, ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining clear communication with staff, and proactively ensuring the smooth operation of all processes. Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, your responsibilities encompass:
Customer Service:
- Exceptional Service: You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Member Engagement: You will explain Unlimited Wash Club plans to members and promote their benefits effectively, helping to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
- Mentorship and Training: You will play a pivotal role in training and mentoring new employees in sales techniques and car loading procedures, ensuring they understand our brand's values and standards.
- Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount. You will promote a culture of safety among team members, conduct safety checks, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Operations Management:
- Efficiency: Maintaining the flow of operations is essential for providing a seamless customer experience. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
