Position Summary
As a Supervisor at Johnny Clean Car Wash, you play a pivotal role in the success of our operations and the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee and handle customer requests, maintain the flow of operations, and lead by example. Your primary responsibilities include training new employees in sales and car loading, ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining clear communication with staff, and proactively ensuring the smooth operation of all processes. Your dedication to maintaining our brand standards, both in terms of cleanliness and efficiency, will be crucial in upholding our reputation as a top-tier car wash facility.

Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, your responsibilities encompass:
Customer Service:
  • Exceptional Service: You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when interacting with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
  • Member Engagement: You will explain Unlimited Wash Club plans to members and promote their benefits effectively, helping to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentorship and Training: You will play a pivotal role in training and mentoring new employees in sales techniques and car loading procedures, ensuring they understand our brand's values and standards.
  • Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment is paramount. You will promote a culture of safety among team members, conduct safety checks, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Operations Management:
  • Efficiency: Maintaining the flow of operations is essential for providing a seamless customer experience. You will ensure that processes run smoothly and efficiently, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Providing clear and effective communication to staff regarding their daily responsibilities and expectations is crucial for a well-functioning team.
Quality Control:
  • Standards Adherence: You will familiarize yourself with the position playbook and hold team members accountable for following it consistently, ensuring that every aspect of the car wash meets our high-quality standards.
  • Guest Experience: Aiming for a safe and fast experience for guests, you will efficiently move cars to the gates, process orders with a welcoming smile, and ensure that their visit exceeds expectations.
Cleanliness and Standards:
  • Maintenance: Upholding Johnny Clean's cleanliness standards for the brand, building, and property is a core responsibility. You will oversee and participate in cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring they are completed promptly and thoroughly.

  • Availability: Open availability for a Full-Time job type is necessary to meet the demands of the role.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
