Johnny K's Powersports is currently looking for an experienced Parts Manager. The successful candidate will have proven managerial experience in a parts department. Prior experience essential preferably in a powersports or car dealership environment.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
---Tuesday - Friday: 9am-6pm
---Saturday: 10am-4pm
---Sunday & Monday: OFF
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed the dealership monthly sales goals
- Manage and motivate the parts team in order to meet monthly sales goals
- Participate in marketing and advertising campaigns to provide effective outreach to the public
- Cashier and process credit card transactions and produce reports on a daily basis
- Guide customers with product knowledge to help them make educated decisions about their purchase
- Properly fit customers with helmets, gloves, jackets, and all other riding gear available
- Use a web-based Parts Finder to assist customers with what they need for their vehicle
- Order and pick parts for our service department so they can complete repair and maintenance orders
- Maintain current inventory and put new inventory where it belongs
- Answer phones and general customer assistance
- Partner with other departments to ensure a positive relationship with the customer is maintained
- Follow up with timely responses to customer inquiries
- Identify areas of potential process improvement and provide constructive input
Job Requirements:
- Minimum1 year Parts Manager experience in a dealership
- Excellent work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Detailed and organized self-started in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office experience required
- Experience managing other sales representatives
