What are the responsibilities and job description for the Powersports Technician position at Johnny K's Powersports?

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING HOURS:
---Tuesday-Friday: 9am-6pm
---Saturday: 10am-4pm
---Sunday & Monday: OFF
The PDI Technician is responsible for the assembly and Pre-Delivery Inspection of all major units and minor accessory installations. The Technician is also responsible for receiving, unloading, and the inspection of unit shipments arriving at the dealership and arrange the units in warehouse for storage or build for display / sale. Communication with Service Advisors and Service Manager regarding additional repairs needed or concerns is essential.
Requirements:
- Tools needed to perform minor services/accessory installs and un-crating/building new vehicles
- Must have a positive attitude/strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and an organized work space
- Ability to lift/move 80 lbs
- Ability to support and push large motorcycles, ATV's, SxS's in excess of 800 lbs
- Understand and follow PDI manuals and service manuals
- Test ride/drive after builds to ensure that work was completed correctly
- Fork lift experience is a plus, training/certification will be provided
- Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement
- Clean driving record
