Job Summary
As an Event Server / Brand Ambassador, you will represent our company in a positive light and by doing so, help to increase brand awareness and sales. Your role will involve interacting with customers, promoting products or services, and generating leads for the company. Attending events and retail locations to serve samples of our products.
Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote brand awareness
- Distribute samples or promotional materials to potential customers
- Create a positive customer experience by providing product information and answering any questions
- Attend events to represent the brand and attract new customers
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products or services
- Relay spirit information to customers for in-store purchases and to draw customers to our location in Seguin.
- Travel to and from events or retail stores for events and tastings.
- Set up and breakdown of event materials and supplies
- Pickup and delivery of event materials and supplies from our location in Seguin
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety, bartending, or catering is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for promoting brands
Must Have
- Must be 21 or over
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to drink alcohol
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 30 per week
