Mixologist

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse in East Peoria, IL is seeking Experienced Mixologist.

· Part-time hours but could potentially become full time. Must have availability on nights and weekends.

· Must have knowledge of pairing ingredients, serving and garnishing drinks.

· Looking for individuals with outgoing and friendly personalities.

· Must be hardworking and strive for excellence.

Wage $9.00 and Tip from $20.00hr to $35.00hr. Could even be more. Afternoon and Evening Shifts including weekends.

Experience:

• Mixology: 5 years
• Restaurant Experience: 5 years

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift
• Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
• Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
• Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed
• Other duties as requested
