What are the responsibilities and job description for the processing room position at Johns Butcher Shop?
You will be doing everything from unloading pallets as they come in, processing - seasoning - mixing - stuffing - and smoking the product. Than helping in the package room as needed. Keeping storage room cleaned/stuff put away. Must be able to life 80 pounds. Making sure processing room and spice room are all cleaned up. start time is 7am till done for the day which is usually around 5:30. Some days are longer some are shorter. Interviews will be at the Wakarusa location.
