POSITION SUMMARY:
The RN Clinical Team Leader provides patient centered, specialized, evidence based nursing care across the continuum through an interprofessional approach to treatment, research, education and advocacy. Contributes to the goals of the department by being accountable for the delivery of compassionate and safe care within the scope of practice as defined by the Florida Board of Nursing and JHACH policy. Through collaborative practice with all members of the care team, is responsible for patient outcomes which meet the high quality of care provided by JHACH. The professional practice of nursing at JHACH involves the promotion of a culture of innovation and a commitment to academic growth and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current Florida RN Licensure
- 3 years of experience in an acute care setting
- BLS required
- Certification within one year in area of specialty

Salary Range: Minimum 40.95 per hour - Maximum 63.46 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
