Position Title : Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location : Baltimore, MD
Position Type : Full-Time, Dayshift , 40 hours Weekly
Position Summary : Performs maintenance, repair, fabrication, installation, and modification work on buildings / components, offices, corridors, etc. Under general supervision, this work is performed using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology.
Requirements : 5 years related work experience, including 2 years experience in metal framing, drywalls and all types of floorings and ceiling applications.
The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
