Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center combines the convenience of a full range of hospital and wellness services, more than 1000 affiliated doctors in nearly 100 clinical specialties, award winning clinical excellence and membership in Johns Hopkins Medicine, one of the country’s premier academic medical systems. The pharmacist will primarily cover the ICU and intermediate care unit. In addition, the pharmacist will rotate through other decentralized coverage areas such as antimicrobial stewardship, telemetry, general medicine/surgical units, and the central pharmacy when necessary. The job duties affect direct patient care through pharmacy dose protocols, code coverage, participation in multi-disciplinary rounds, and precepting pharmacy students and residents.

- Registered or eligible to be registered in the State of Maryland as a Pharmacist
- Completion of a specialized residency program or postgraduate training is preferred
- Previous clinical experience is preferred
