The Salon Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Claudia Mayer/ Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center (CMTBCRC) salon under supervision. Included but not limited to scheduling appointments, conducting wig consultations and works with the Center manager to order inventory from vendors. Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the CMTBCRC salon. The Salon coordinator must possess the ability to focus and work efficiently with regular and frequent interruptions to work flow.
Work Location: Columbia, MD @ Howard County Medical Center
PRN, Day shift 8:30am-5pm
Minimum Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Four years of progressive administrative support required
Preferred experience: work within a salon environment and perform wig fittings
Salary Range: Minimum 16.40/hour - Maximum 27.09/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
