Call Center-Dietitian Assistant
Location: Bayview Medical Center, 4940 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224
Hours: 10am-6:30pm, 11am-7:30pm or 1:30-7:30pm (20-40 hours per week)
Pay rate: $20.40 per hour
Responsibilities
Under moderate supervision, performs a wide variety of clerical tasks. Responsible in ensuring quality service standards by modifying patient menus, updating unit cortex, passing out trays and obtaining patient satisfaction surveys. Work as a team player to fulfill patient's needs in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in a similar work environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced call center environment, which require high degree of concentration, attention to details and ability to multi task.
Ability to communicate effectively with visitors, patients and hospital employees.
