Clinical Technicians have the opportunity to provide highly skilled and compassionate patient- and family-centered care as contributing members of the healthcare team. Ongoing education is provided to all Clinical Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice. During your first year, you will have the opportunity to attend eight days of training off the unit, which provide interactive learning activities to support your personal and professional development.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
- 1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required (EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.
