Job Requirements
- Nursing or Allied Health Professional Program Graduate: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
- RN License in Maryland: Active licensure is essential for this role.
- BLS Certification: Current certification is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Home Care Experience: Two years of experience in home care or discharge planning is highly valued.
- Medicare Knowledge: Familiarity with Medicare Conditions of Participation is beneficial.
- Knowledge of Home Care Resources: In-depth understanding of community resources, agency policies, federal and state regulations, and third-party reimbursement guidelines is necessary.
