Executive Health, Guest Relations Specialist Job Summary:
- Executive Health, Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for coordinating the care of patients in the Executive and Preventive Health program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital
- Emphasis will be placed on the scheduling and registration of patient appointments including gathering all necessary patient information, updating EPIC, patient education and answering patient requests for information
- This position will manage relationships with patients and/or their designee and other various referral sources
Education and Work Experience Required:
- BA or BS required or equivalent work experience
- 3 years related experience in healthcare and/or business with a strong focus on customer service best practices
Shift:
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours Per Week
