Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1
Location: Baltimore, MD 21205
Job Type/ Shift: Full Time, Evening Shift 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Summary: The HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1 performs maintenance, installation, and repair work on HVAC systems, equipment, and components. Also, the HVAC Maintenance Mechanic 1 performs installations, repairs, and fabrication of sheet metal/metal components related to HVAC and other trades. This work is performed under general supervision and using the tools and techniques of HVAC technology.
Requirements: HVAC Journeyman's License. Highschool Diploma or Equivalent. 5 years related work experience. The full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.
Salary Range: Minimum [[CustSalaryMin]] per hour - Maximum [[CustSalaryMax]] per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
