The Solid Tumor Oncology Unit is a 36-bed inpatient unit that provides medical care to adult oncology patients. Registered Nurses (RNs) provide specialized care to patients with solid tumor diagnosis. We offer comprehensive training and orientation to help new grads learn oncology nursing. Nurses will have the opportunity to provide patients with innovative therapies that are shaping the future of oncology. The Lead Clinical Nurse (RN) provides guidance and direction to staff and acts in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager to oversee a clinical team during care delivery and unit operations.

Qualifications:
- BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program required.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required
- Must have at least 3 years of acute care RN work experience; Oncology nursing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lead others, assist in development & implementation of procedures for the unit, use principles of conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and implement performance management of staff.

Salary Range: Minimum 46.57 per hour - Maximum 72.18 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
