Patient Care Technician – PCT – Surgery
Full Time – Rotating Shift – 36 hours
The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Marburg 3 - team is composed of clinical staff (RNs, CTs, CNEs) & non-clinical support staff (CCSC, CCSR, UA) who work together to provide exceptional care to adult medical & surgical patients. As a 14-bed inpatient unit with a 6-bed telemetry capability, we provide specialized care and patient education for patients with acute medicine or surgery needs. Our small unit size allows us to work closely together in a multidisciplinary approach, relying on our unique skills to provide excellent service in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
- 1 year of acute care (hospital) tech experience within the most recent 2 years is required (EMT or CRT experience may be considered)
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/hour - Maximum $26.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
