What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Management Coordinator position at Johns Hopkins Medicine?
The Quality Management Coordinator coordinates and implements the Quality Management and Performance Improvement activities of the hospital. Provides consultation and direction to hospital departments and the medical staff. Promotes quality and safe patient care through interdisciplinary interactions with staff and physicians.
Work Location: Bethesda, MD at Suburban Hospital
Full time Days (must be able to work 7:30am-5pm)
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or other clinical field
- Current Maryland licensure or certification in area of practice
- Three years of clinical practice in a hospital environment.
- Quality management/quality improvement experience
Salary Range: Minimum 43.24 per hour - Maximum 71.35 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
