We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Manager for our 22 bed CVICU as well as Advanced Therapies. In this role as Clinical Manager for the CVICU, you will be instrumental in analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating an environment that nurtures the provision of patient-centered, specialized, and evidence-based nursing care.

Who Should Apply:
• BSN required
• Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in area of specialty
• Minimum of two years' experience at the supervisor level
- Ideal candidate will have cardiac and/or critical care experience

Salary Range: Minimum 49.54/hour - Maximum 76.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
