Wound Care Specialist RN (Outpatient) | Day Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Specialist to join our outpatient team, providing expert wound care across multiple ambulatory clinics. This role involves coverage across numerous different clinics and the Emergency Department (ED), ensuring patients receive high-quality care in their designated clinic, such as the Surgical Clinic.
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital, a dedicated trauma center, a neonatal intensive care unit, and a renowned geriatrics center. Qualifications and Education:
- RN license in Maryland or compact state required
- National certification as an ET nurse (CETN) or wound care nurse (CWCN) required
- CPR (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Two years of previous clinical experience
- One year in wound/ostomy care.
