About the Role :
As a Field Engineer, you will play a key role in leading onsite construction operations. You'll ensure efficiency, OSHA compliance, quality control, and smooth project execution while mentoring teams and driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support onsite project teams, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Oversee daily project documentation, safety inspections, subcontractor management, and quality control.
Maintain thorough records of project activities, changes, and communications in Procore.
Ensure all required permits, inspections, and reports are completed accurately.
Proactively resolve site challenges and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Support budget and cost management by ensuring no work begins without proper approvals.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
What We're Looking For :
Experience : 5 years in construction or related fields preferred.
Skills : Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office & project management software.
Knowledge : Understanding of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and budgeting principles.
Qualities : High energy, integrity, accountability, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Education : High school diploma required; Associate's degree in Construction Science / Management preferred.
Additional : Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
