Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate contracts and manage permits
Create and adjust project budgets
Provide client updates and handle documentation
Oversee quality control and safety on-site
Coordinate with subcontractors and handle project planning
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Minimum of 5 years in construction with project management experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
