Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment including refrigerators, ovens, fryers, and dishwashers.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot equipment issues accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate a box truck for the delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest kitchen equipment technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role involving appliance or equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various kitchen appliances.
- Familiarity with field service operations and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle for deliveries is preferred.
