About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable team member to assist customers in our store and support day-to-day sales operations. If you enjoy helping people, working with fresh cut flowers and plants, and being part of a tight-knit team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers with orders or questions
• Helping customers locate products and offering product knowledge when needed
• Answering phones and assisting with customer inquiries
• Supporting the sales team with order entry, invoicing, and restocking as needed
• Keeping the store area tidy, organized, and welcoming
• Pitching in with seasonal displays, promotions, and events

• Willingness to learn about our products (flowers, plants, and supplies)
• Comfortable using a computer or point-of-sale system
