Learn more at https : / / www.jnj.com / . Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines and Legend Biotech have entered into a global, strategic collaboration to develop, manufacture, and commercialize a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for BCMA.
This strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of two companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy CAR-T platform treatment. The US CAR-T Operations team is hiring a summer intern to support various activities that support strategy, manufacturing, project management and business excellence.
This position requires a combination of critical thinking, a willingness to drive for results, and a passion for process improvement. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across manufacturing, supply chain and quality, to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint areas for improvement and assess the impact of proposed initiatives.
- Prepare and present informed recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders to promote continuous improvement.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse departments to achieve a cohesive and integrated operational approach.
- Implement change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of improvement initiatives within the organization. Requirements
- Candidate must be in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in life sciences or engineering.
- Previous experience in working in an FDA-regulated environment is beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written (Powerpoint) communication skills is required Additional Requirements
