Primary responsibilities include supervising, developing, and providing direction to assigned operations team ensuring the team provides prompt service to Supply Chain operations using best practices, innovation, and people development. Key Responsibilities :
- In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws / regulations, and corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position :
- Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management of equipment and resources
- Leads the implementation of new processes and procedures that strive to streamline the organization's operations
- Maintains steady workflow and efficiency through implementing quality control processes and resolves operational decisions within the team.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Facilitates collaboration between multi-functional teams including engineering, Quality, Plan, etc.
to drive business and organizational results.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
