- Responsible for designing, executing, and reporting results of decisional in vivo neuropharmacology experiments supporting multiple Neuropsychiatry Discovery programs.
- Manage and supervise a small team of 3-4 research associates.
- Work collaboratively with project team leaders, members of the broader Neuroscience Discovery team, cross-functional J&J colleagues, and external partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation of data for themself and their team in accordance with company guidelines.
- Contribute to scientific literature as well as internal and external meetings and conferences through publications and presentation of results. Education :
- PhD degree with 3 years of academic and industry postdoctoral experience OR a Master’s degree with 11 years of academic and industry experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of academic and industry experience in Biochemistry, Neuroscience, Molecular Biology or a similar field is required. Experience and Skills : Required :
- Experience in relevant in vivo models of neuropsychiatric disorders (e.g.
schizophrenia, depression).
