You will play a pivotal role in driving our Procurement strategy and ensuring flawless execution of acquisitions and divestitures.

You will co-create and advance the A&D capabilities and services and assess, define & implement the Procurement return on investment value for deals across the portfolio.

This role will develop innovative solutions to accelerate and optimize the value of the transaction.

The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value commitments & business outcomes for the transaction. Key Responsibilities :

• Determine and lead the overall strategy & approach for acquisitions and divestitures, aligning it with the Procurement strategy and overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end Procurement processes for acquisitions and divestitures, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive integration / separation efforts post-acquisition / post-divestiture leveraging A&D methodologies, playbooks and services while ensuring seamless transition and successful implementation of Procurement strategies.
• Continually evaluate and optimize Procurement A&D processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings for each deal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop recommendations and solutions, lead workstreams with a focus on speed, quality, agility, business outcomes & impact, and continuous improvement of how business value is delivered.
• Deliver reports and dashboards throughout the transaction phases.

Report project progress to senior leaders and project sponsors.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.

Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.

Salary : $113,000 - $195,500
