Johnson Auto of Laramie is hiring for a Service Writer. The job duties include assisting customers through their repair process from drop-off to pick up. These job duties include.
- Writing repair orders
- Dispatching working
- Answering phones
- Collection payments
- Keeping open lines of communication during longer repairs
- Follow up with warranty and insurance companies on customers' behalf
- Working closely with technicians to get repairs completed timely and efficiently
- Work directly with supervisor to provide quality services to customers
- Work closely with warranty administrator for warranty repairs and additional documentation needs
- Work with the parts department to expedite the flow of parts to technicians for repairs
- Complete follow-up calls to customers to improve survey submissions
- Follow up with customers for recommended repairs and service
This job is a large encompassing job, but there is a very large potential for commission and bonuses. The main priority of this position is to continually provide quality customer service and continue to increase our customer base.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
