.Summary:
The Service Valet will assist the Service Department by guiding and directing service guests and their vehicles to appropriate locations.

Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Greet all guests entering the Service Department;
- Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot;
- Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles;
- Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities;
- Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed;
- Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested;
- Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered;
- Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
- Hours include Monday to Friday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Saturday 7:00am – 5:00pm and occasional Sundays from 12:00pm-5:00pm

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Ability to drive manual transmission;
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment;
- Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance;
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills and speak proper grammar;
- Positive attitude, outgoing personality a must and a friendly demeanor;
- Have excellent Customer Service skills;
. All offers contingent upon satisfactory completion of E-Verify, Background, Drug, and Motor Vehicle Report testing and reports
- Have local knowledge of Cary, NC and surrounding areas;
- Must have flexible schedule, including the ability to work Monday through Saturday.
