Essential Responsibilities:
- Contacting and communicating with guests to identify their automotive needs;
- Responsible for tracking, responding to, and managing all Internet sales leads;
- Monitors incoming email traffic and internet inquiries;
- Develops guest prospecting file upon receipt of a lead;
- Quotes pricing, rates and automobile availability to guests within department guidelines;
- Schedules sales appointments and pairs guests with Sales Consultants if necessary;
- Maintain and update notes and information in the customer database;
- Keep abreast of new features and available accessories, and translates their benefits to guests;
- Direct guests to product information resources;
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores, gross averages and monthly unit counts;
- Develop career skills through regular training and instructions;
- Research available vehicles and relevant products;
- Learn, understand and abide by Federal, State and Local laws.

Job Requirements:
- Business Development Center experience is preferred;
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM;
- Professional appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Possess outstanding negotiation skills;
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment;
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements;
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify
