What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fertility Analysis position at Johnson Breeders, Inc.?
The Fertility Analysis person has to go in running setters after the eggs have been set for about 4 days and check for fertility. There are usually two ways to check eggs for fertility. You can go in the dark with a bright flashlight and hold up the eggs to the light or crack open the eggs to see if there is a white bullseye in the yolk.
Requirements:
Person has to be punctual and have good attendance. This is an important job. Stand for long periods of time, high temperatures in setters, have good vision and be able to document readings
