Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.
Responsibilities
- Process and input customer orders
- Run reports to check for product availability
- Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
- Trace orders as needed
- Ensure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer generated invoices
- Maintain excellent working relationships with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc. in a courteous and efficient manner
- Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes
- Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform daily duties
- Act as backup during Account Manger's time off or vacation by handling all customer orders
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in Spanish language
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Computer skills to include data entry and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and be organized
- Team player with a great personality that is self-motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm
Pay and Benefits
- $16/hour, paid weekly
- Benefits after 60 days
- Monday - Friday schedule
